Pricing and scope

Published package prices are starting prices for the described baseline scope. Final scope, deliverables, revisions, schedule, payment terms, expenses, third-party costs, travel, and exclusions are confirmed in a written agreement.

Timeline

Any 48–72 hour target begins only after required payment, onboarding, content, assets, access, approvals, and scope confirmation are complete. Client delays, added scope, third-party reviews, technical issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control may extend delivery.

No results guarantee

Brand48 does not guarantee revenue, profit, traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, audience growth, investor interest, or other business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, permissions, and substantiation of information, claims, media, trademarks, testimonials, credentials, policies, and other materials they provide.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights are governed by the signed service agreement. Third-party platforms, licensed materials, fonts, templates, software, plugins, and subscriptions remain subject to their original licenses and terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or copy protected content beyond rights granted by law.
